West Virginia University is set to hold a bell-ringing ceremony in memory of two students, McKenzie Wilt and Scott Saylor. The event is organized by the Office of Campus and Community Life along with Alpha Phi Omega, a national service fraternity. It will take place on Friday, November 1.

McKenzie Wilt was a senior majoring in animal and nutritional sciences from Oakland, Maryland. She passed away on June 15. Scott Saylor was pursuing his doctoral studies in biochemistry and molecular medicine from Washington, D.C., and died on July 14.

The ceremony will commence at noon at Oglebay Plaza. Attendees are encouraged to gather near the USS West Virginia bell at least 15 minutes before the start. The invitation extends to family members, friends, and the university community.
