Four alumni and one current student from West Virginia University have joined the WVU Alumni Association Board of Directors. The new members were elected during the association’s annual business meeting.
Jihad Dixon, Andrew Hartsog, Donald T. Robinson, and Anthony Webster will each serve six-year terms. Student member Rozaireo “Ro” Jones will serve a one-year term. Their terms began in June.
Jihad Dixon, a Charleston native and two-time university graduate, works as a senior associate for strategy and operations at My Brother’s Keeper Alliance, an initiative of the Obama Foundation. He is also president of the WVU Black Alumni Association and was honored with the John F. Nicholas Jr. Alumni Service Award in 2022.
Andrew Hartsog, from Beckley, is executive vice president at Constellis. Before joining the private sector in 2023, he served over 30 years with the CIA as a Senior Intelligence Service executive and paramilitary operations officer. He has received several awards for his service.
Donald T. Robinson is president of MVB Financial Corp., having transformed it into a $3 billion bank since joining in 2011. His previous roles include audit manager with Arthur Andersen and chief accounting officer at Linn Energy.
Anthony Webster retired as chief human resources officer for Evoqua Water Technologies in Pittsburgh in 2023 after more than three decades in various industries. A Bridgeport native, he remains engaged with WVU through teaching and council participation.
Rozaireo “Ro” Jones is a junior journalism major from Fairmont serving as the Student Government Association vice president for 2025-26. He contributes to political reporting for 100 Days in Appalachia and has worked with Sen. Joe Manchin’s press team.
