The West Virginia University tennis team will host Cincinnati on March 28 at the Summit Tennis Academy. Both teams enter the match with a record of six wins and nine losses, while West Virginia has yet to secure a win in Big 12 play this season.

This match is important for both programs as they look to improve their conference records and gain momentum heading into the final stretch of the season. The Mountaineers are coming off a close 4-1 loss to No. 35 Arizona, where several matches extended into three sets. Audrey Moutama earned a straight set victory on court one for West Virginia.

Historically, West Virginia holds an advantage over Cincinnati, leading the all-time series with twelve wins to seven. In their most recent meeting last season, the Mountaineers defeated Cincinnati by a score of 4-2.

Fans attending Saturday’s match at Summit Tennis Academy will be offered free pizza and have an opportunity to participate in a giveaway for a PlayStation 5 console during the event. Live statistics and streaming coverage will be available through WVUsports.com.
