The baseball game between West Virginia University and Marshall University has been rescheduled to Wednesday, April 8, due to expected cold weather, according to an announcement on April 6. The first pitch is set for 6:30 p.m. at Kendrick Family Ballpark.

The change in schedule affects fans who had tickets for the originally planned Tuesday game. Those tickets will remain valid for the new date or can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value to a future regular season home game this season. Exchanges can be made at the Mountaineer Ticket Office at the WVU Coliseum or by calling 1-800-WVU-GAME. Seat location for exchanged tickets is subject to availability.

For further updates and information about the Mountaineers baseball team, fans are encouraged to follow @WVUBaseball on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

This adjustment aims to ensure player safety and fan comfort in light of weather conditions.
