The West Virginia University Athletics Department announced on Apr. 8 that it will hold its sixth Mountaineer gear sale during the Gold-Blue Spring Festival on Saturday, April 18. The event is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Diversified Energy Terrace club area of Milan Puskar Stadium.

The annual gear sale gives fans an opportunity to purchase more than 2,500 items, including authentic football helmets and jerseys in various colors, as well as throwback apparel from the 1965 season. Merchandise from other sports such as baseball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer will also be available for purchase along with assorted footwear.

Purchases can be made using major credit cards only; cash or checks will not be accepted. All prices are non-negotiable and include state sales tax. According to organizers, all sales are final.

Admission to the Gold-Blue Spring Festival is free but requires fans to claim tickets online in advance via mobile delivery. Attendees are encouraged to download their tickets before arriving at the stadium on game day. While admission is complimentary, donations to WVU Medicine Golisano Children’s are encouraged when claiming tickets.

For the first time at this event, a free postgame concert featuring Jake Owen will take place on Mountaineer Field from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., following the conclusion of the game around 1:30 p.m.

A full list of available items and pricing was released by West Virginia University Athletics Department.
