Today is the holiday set aside to honor a great American and visionary leader who reminded our nation, in the words of the Prophet Micah, to “…(L)et justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.”
Due to the beginning of our semester falling on the same day, D&E’s observance of the King Holiday will occur tomorrow beginning at 11:00 a.m. with a march to City Hall in Elkins. We are also pleased to welcome to our campus Dr. Julius Bailey, an esteemed professor from Wittenberg University to speak to the campus community concerning Dr. King’s vision. All are welcome to attend!
