Governor Justice declared a ½ day holiday on Friday, December 30th for West Virginia state employees.
In accordance with Governor Justice’s declaration, Friday, December 30th will be a ½ day holiday for City Employees. All City Administrative Offices will be closing at noon on Friday.
The schedule for the collection of garbage and recyclables WILL NOT BE ALTERED
