Rep. Riley M. Moore posted several updates on his official Twitter account on March 25, 2026, covering religious observance, cybersecurity policy, and local funding initiatives.
In a morning post marking the Christian feast day, Moore shared a biblical quotation: “Mary said, ‘Behold, I am the handmaid of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word.’ Then the angel departed from her.” A blessed Solemnity of the Annunciation to all! (March 25, 2026).
Later that day, Moore addressed recent developments in U.S. technology regulation and national security: “Last May, @SenTomCotton and I sounded the alarm on the CCP’s attempt to flood our country with cheap Wi-Fi routers that make us vulnerable to cyber-attacks. Today, the FCC banned the import of all new foreign-made consumer routers. An excellent and courageous move from @POTUS!” (March 25, 2026). The Federal Communications Commission’s action follows concerns raised by lawmakers about potential cybersecurity threats linked to foreign-manufactured network equipment.
In an afternoon post focused on his home state constituency, Moore highlighted federal funding for senior citizens in West Virginia: “Great news for West Virginia seniors! Earlier this week, I presented a $712,500 check to the Preston County Senior Citizens for a new, larger senior center in Kingwood. I was proud to secure this funding through my position on the House Appropriations Committee.” (March 25, 2026). The allocation aims to support community infrastructure for older adults in Preston County.
Rep. Riley M. Moore serves as a member of Congress representing West Virginia and holds a seat on the House Appropriations Committee.
