Rep. Riley M. Moore, a public official from West Virginia, posted a series of messages on March 29, 2026, reflecting on Palm Sunday and expressing concerns about access to Christian holy sites in Jerusalem.

Palm Sunday marks an important event for Christians worldwide as it commemorates Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem ahead of Easter. Access to religious sites in Jerusalem has historically been a sensitive issue due to ongoing tensions among different religious communities and security measures implemented by authorities.
