On Friday, March 6, the Shenandoah Hornets, featuring former Elkins High School star Maddie Belan, were defeated by the Trine Thunder 90-45 in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The matchup, which started at 5 p.m. at Livingston Gymnasium, marked the Hornets’ first game in the tournament against Trine Thunder.
West Virginia University has opened online requests for NCAA baseball postseason tickets if selected as host. Season ticket holders and Mountaineer Athletic Club members have priority access until May 24. Student ticket distribution details have also been announced.
