On Saturday, March 14, former Notre Dame High School standout Jaidyn West and his current college team, the Fairmont State Fighting Falcons, were defeated 89-83 by the IUP Crimson Hawks in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The matchup, held at Highmark Events Center at 12 p.m., marked the team’s first tournament game against the IUP Crimson Hawks.
West Virginia University has opened online requests for NCAA baseball postseason tickets if selected as host. Season ticket holders and Mountaineer Athletic Club members have priority access until May 24. Student ticket distribution details have also been announced.
