Fairmont State falls to IUP, 89-83, in NCAA Division II basketball tournament

On Saturday, March 14, the Fairmont State Fighting Falcons, featuring former Morgantown Christian Academy standout Harrison Linkous, were defeated 89-83 by the IUP Crimson Hawks in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The teams tipped off at 12 p.m. at Highmark Events Center in their first meeting of the tournament.
